Bandwidth Policy and Billing Procedure
This Policy and Procedure describes how Ready Set Go ONLINE! (RSGO) will bill a Customer for bandwidth transfer usage that exceeds the amount allocated to the Customer under the applicable Hosting Plan.
- Every Hosting Plan RSGO sells contains an allocation of bandwidth transfer as indicated in the Hosting Plan specifications above.
- Customers may purchase additional blocks of bandwidth transfer on a going-forward basis through their Account Representative.
- If a Customer's actual bandwidth transfer usage exceeds the allocatation available under their Hosting Plan, RSGO will issue an invoice to that Customer on the 5th day of the following month for the excess bandwidth transfer used.
- Such an invoice will be due and payable within 10 days of receipt.
- Failure of payment may result in loss or suspension of Hosting Plan Service.
- Excess bandwidth transfer is billable in 25Gb Blocks ONLY. All amounts over the allotment will be rounded up to the next nearest Gb block.

ADDITIONAL DISK STORAGE

$14.00 for each 1Gb Block Per Month

- Additional Disk Storage is available for those Customers requiring more storage but not more Hosting Package features.
- Every Hosting Plan RSGO sells contains an allocation of Disk Storage as indicated in the Hosting Plan specifications above.
- Customers may purchase additional blocks of Disk Storage on a going-forward basis through their Account Representative.
- If a Customer's actual Disk Storage usage exceeds the allocatation available under their Hosting Plan, RSGO will issue an invoice to that Customer on the 5th day of the following month for the excess Disk Storage used.
- Such an invoice will be due and payable within 10 days of receipt.
- Failure of payment may result in loss or suspension of Hosting Plan Service.
- Excess Disk Storage is billable in 1Gb Blocks ONLY. All amounts over the allotment will be rounded up to the next nearest Gb block.

SETUP FEE

$49.50 one time charge per account

- All accounts require a one time setup fee.
- If the monthly premium payment option is selected, the setup fee is included in the first month's premium.
- This setup fee is non-refundable regardless of the premium payment method selected.

Notes:
(1) Bandwidth Transfer per Month is the measurement of data that is read from or written to your account including email traffic. Depending on how your website is utilized, it is possible for you to use more than your alloted bandwidth transfer per month. Should your account use your alloted bandwidth transfer within one month prior to the 1st of the following month, your account could be disabled unless you have made arrangements before hand for an additional bandwidth transfer allotment. Additional bandwidth transfer is available for an additional fee. Bandwidth counters are reset on the 1st of every month. See BANDWIDTH TRANSFER above for more information.
(2) The dollar amount indicated is based upon a one year agreement and a one time payment equal to 12 months premium paid prior to activation of the account. Monthly billing is available, however an additional charge of 25% will be added to the monthly premium. The first month's premium must be paid prior to account activation.
